Mon portable MacBook Pro ( High Sierra ) et il a 16 Go de RAM et 1 To de disque dur en SSD :
Je pense donc avoir un bon ordinateur.
L’archive de rubiTrack fait 325,1 Mo pour 5698 activités, j’ai l’impression que le logiciel est de plus en plus lent. Comment faire pour optimiser ? Quel est la taille maximum ?

La petite boucle est bien plus agréable car “loin” des automobiles.
Pas formidable cette mise à jours, la seule chose que j’attends c’est de pouvoir manuellement mettre le kilométrage sur le vélo d’intérieur et le rameur d’intérieur. Sachant que la fonctionnalité sur le rameur existait … mais elle a été supprimée.

Suivant que l’on prend 4s (4 semaines), 12s (12 semaines), 6m (6 mois) , on peut se trouver en dessus ou au dessous de la courbe. Comme si le “Statut d’entrainement” était fonction de la période avec laquelle on regarde ?! J’ai du mal à comprendre … Voici un exemple des mêmes données avec différente période …
Pareil pour la courbe de VO2 max qui semble être fonction de la période .
J’avais donc 4 chances sur 25 ( donc une probabilité de 0,16 ) …. et c’est passé !

3 - Trail des calanques (05/02/2018) : Annulé car plus de place. Cherche une solution de repli Raidlight Galinette à Cadolive (Dimanche 28/01/2018): http://www.traildelagalinette.com & http://www.i-tra.org/race/2018/1424-trail-de-la-galinette/1806-les-drailles-de-la-galinette : payé 50,75 € ( transport 31 € x 2, à 1h50 … prévoir logement n°1 : Ibis budget Aix-en-Provence Est Le Canet à 35 Euros) ( 3 points UTMB ) . Enfin une vrai PROM Classic, avec le retour sur le PROM ! Il faut dire que le vent était particulièrement intense, et que l’on a vite compris que l’on était en bord de mer :) . Le départ par vague c’est bien pour faire un chrono, mais pas bien car on n’a froid en attendant. J’ai donc du mal à trancher … A noter aussi qu’il était plus difficile de rentrer et sortir de Nice (par rapport à 2016). Le site officiel de la course : http://www.promclassic.com/v19/ .
